Welcome to First Tee Ltd., home of the Little Links Driver. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Use
Our golf clubs are not toys, but training aids intended for children aged 2–6. They must be used under adult supervision. Misuse, including use by adults or high-speed swings exceeding 50mph, voids any return eligibility.

2. Age Restrictions & Safety
Products may contain small parts, including tees, which pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only for unused products in their original packaging. Items used, damaged, or swung at excessive speeds (detectable through inspection) are not eligible. All returns must be pre-authorised in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability
First Tee Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of the product. Customers assume full responsibility for safe and supervised use.

5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, including production and shipping timelines.
