🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return window on all unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@firsttee.ie with your order details. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

• The club has not been used by an adult or by anyone swinging it at speeds over 50mph — this can be detected during inspection.

• There is a clear manufacturer defect, or the item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The return request is pre-approved in writing by Little Links.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Absolutely! If you ordered the wrong colour or size, or need a replacement for a defective item, just contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
